Thus, I will customize the curriculum specifically to address your organizational, cultural, and leadership challenges. Also, I offer numerous programs for individuals seeking to grow themselves personally.

I began my leadership career in my early twenties, serving as the Pastor of a Church in the small town of Odessa, Missouri. At some point, I realized that leading people was more difficult than I had imagined. Even after earning a degree in organizational leadership and seminary training, I understood that I needed an ongoing personal growth program.

One day in the nineties, I purchased a book that would significantly impact my life, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell. I learned and applied the principles and could hardly wait to share them with other leaders. When I discovered the Maxwell Team, I leaped at the opportunity to become a certified member. Since then, I have enjoyed the privilege of leading a District Association of Baptist Churches, speaking and teaching in the National Baptist Convention and helping entrepreneurs and businesses grow and excel.
